Bye-Bye Bad Breath
Are you one of the millions of people that suffer from bad breath due to tonsil stones? Well, the good news is that you no longer need to worry about that if you use the steps in this post, and on the blog. Just so you are aware, tonsil stones are not medically harmful to you, however they can be harmful to your life due to embarrassment over your bad breath, and the irritation of knowing about it and not knowing what to do about it, and by the constant feeling that you have something stuck in your throat. Tonsil stones, medically known as tonsiliths, are just what they sound like– stones, or little lumps, found on your tonsils, usually whitish to yellowish in color. They are caused by the buildup of bacteria in your mouth that is found in remaining food particles after you eat. Although you may not see or feel any remaining food in your mouth, they are there, and the bacteria is thriving—not a good thing.
But, like I’ve said, there are ways to get rid of tonsil stones, and embarrassing bad breath now and forever. They have antibiotics you can get, which gets rid of the problem for now, however they will most likely come back, due to the fact that antibiotics kill all the bacteria, good and bad, so after they’ve gone away, you will no longer have enough good bacteria to fight off the bad bacterial which then causes the tonsil stones. Surgery is also another option, however much more expensive, and with many side effects due to the local anesthetic, and the recovery time—they would have to remove your tonsils.
Do either one of those sound like winning options? They didn’t to me either, which is why I kept looking. You don’t need to look anymore, I have done the looking for you, and have found many natural ways to get rid of tonsil stones and bad breath for good, and you will never have to worry about getting them again. The best part is that you can do this is just a few days, and you no longer need to waste your money trying anything and everything under the sun you think would work!
Once you do get rid of them, it is important to remember to practice good dental hygiene by making sure you brush your teeth and tongue and floss at least twice a day, and also gargling with either alcohol free mouthwash or warm salt water once a day.
