I would advise you to follow my time tested techniques which will definitely help you to get rid of your killer breath.

a) Bubble Gum or Mint tablets:

These two are very effective when it comes to removing your bad breath. Mint tablets are very strong disinfectant and help you to freshen up your breath very easily. Bubble or chewing gums enhances your saliva secretion thereby the bacteria are easily drained down. So my advice to you is to keep them handy and readily available for you.

b) Develop a habit to brush your teeth regularly after meals:

One of the best tactics that has helped me to cure my breath. I have made it a habit and practice to brush my teeth regularly after every meal. I take a fair amount of time in cleaning my gums and tongue which are core sources of flood to get struck and then decay and result in terrible breath.

c) Drink a lot of water for natural cure for your bad breath:

Drinking water flushes out the bacteria or fungus from the mouth thereby enabling a cleaner mouth and fresher breath. It is also observed that drinking water helps to improve your digestive system which results in better stomach and cleaner breath.

d) Increase you Tea intake:

Tea preferably black tea will help in fighting bad odor. Black tea helps in reducing bad breath up to 40%. So my advice is that you prefer black tea over green tea which will prove to be more effective in curing bad breath.

e) Use Mouth Wash:

In the market, you will find mouth washes having alcohol base which is not at all advisable as it increases the bacteria which generates foul smell in your mouth. Try to get some mouth wash which is alcohol free.

I hope you find the above solutions helpful. For more details you can check my author resource box.

Most common factors for bad breath :

Prime factor – 1st and fore most is that if you don’t brush your teeth twice a day   with toothbrush and toothpaste , don’t use a floss regularly or even you   don’t uses a mouthwash – What happens is food particles can not be   removed from the top of the tongue , in between your tongue and gums ,    around the gums and in between your teeth. Small food particles will   remain there and will decay in due time, smell will come from once   mouth.
Food Habits – food that you may eat might be a   cause too. If you eat garlic, radish , onion – they contribute to bad   odour and once they are in your blood stream the odour will remain till   the time they are exhaled through lungs.
Tobacco and Alcohol products – like cigarette, bidi   , pan masala and hard drinks use to be a contributing factor also. As   your family dentist about how to quit this habit of yours.
Medical conditions – several medical conditions   like dry mouth or xerostomia, respiratory tract infections , diabetes ,   kidney and lung infections, tonsillitis , gastric disturbances can lead   to bad breath.

CONSLUTION –

1.      For management of halitosis maintaining of your oral hygiene is very   important.

2.    Regular dental check ups with your dentist is a   must and scaling of teeth in every six months is recommended.

3.      Brushing your teeth twice a day and use of inter dental brush or floss   is recommended.
