Never heard of tonsil stones. That’s really interesting. If you mean white patches on your tonsils, then yes, those will usually be accompanied by swollen lymph nodes.
If the goop that’s trapped gets infected, then yes, it can cause your lymph nodes to swell. At the very least, your breath will smell like something died in there.
