How can I remove a tonsil stone/pearl?

I have had tonsil stone/pearl for over a year. It is really far back on my tonsil, when I try to remove it I gag. Any tips?
I can reach back there with a Q-tip but it isn’t coming out. I don’t want to use tweezers because im scared of putting something pointy back there.

eat something rough, like toast, everyday until it goes away.

Eat some toast it might scratch it off. but gargle with warm salt water.
