How can i sing sing high and does my tonsils effect my singing?

Im hector and i was wondering if anyone can help me with singing high.No matter how hard i try singing high, air just comes out or my voice stops.Can anyone help or give me an advice?I love singing and this is what i want to do the rest of my life and just wondering if my tonsils does effect my singing.I think it is holding me back from singing high or singing.Do i need to take my tonsils out?

no no no your tonsils will not affect your singing First off if you love to sing and don’t have proper vocal training get it. It will teach you to sing with proper form and pronunciation will help you with your range and pitch it is amazing how understanding how to sing makes it easier to sing As far as singing high every one has a range and every one has a falsetto range and pushing hard above your range can damage your voice and ruin your singing carrier work your way up singing songs that are in a comfortable range for you sing scales and slowly push your way up if you are having pain in your throat stop you are pushing to hard finally your vocal chords are muscles works them out with regular exercise.
The first thing to singing is to breathe correctly. When you inhale you want your stomach to expand and not your chest because then you’re actually taken in more oxygen. As you sing you want to resist letting your stomach go flat the best thing i can equate this to is like an imaginary belt around your natural waist and every time you take a breath you try to break the belt. Now as far as high notes you want to keep your mouth as open as possible. Tongue to the tip of bottom teeth. Raise the soft palate (the roof of your mouth that’s soft, real easy to do just practice saying kay kay kay and you’ll fell the difference). It takes more air to sing high so you want to make sure before that phrase comes with the high note you get a good breath. So it doesn’t sound airy keep trying to break the “belt”, keep the tension. Last but not least when you sing a high note don’t think of it as singing up to it but imagine falling down to it.This will keep you from going sharp. It may sound stupid but take your hand and when the note comes hold your arm up in front of you and spread your fingers like you’re holding a small ball. That’ll help you envision stepping down to the note.
Tonsils don’t affect singing unless you have a sore throat. They can’t get in the way of air so you don’t have too much to worry about.
no. your tonsils don’t effect your singing, in fact having them removed is a rather risky thing for singer because it is known to change your voice.
Do NOT push yourself to sing high notes. Since you introduced yourself as Hector I am assuming you are a guy. As a male, you have a falsetto, which mean some high notes, but many men just can’t go that high. You will only do damage to your voice if you push yourself. Don’t try to be a soprano, there are many other types of voices: examples– alto, tenor, bass…..
all your singing comes from your diaphram, im taking voice lessons with musika. ( musikalessons.com) and my teacher is wonderful. Like i said singing comes from the diaphram and singing high also comes from the dispahram and when u sing high you shouldnt feel your throat hurting or struggling from your singing. always your your diaphram and when you inhalepush your stomach out, this means your filling your diaphram up with air to give support to your voal cords to get those notes, hoped i helped!
