Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice. This is best done before going to bed. Chew parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. Put a few drops of tea tree oil on your toothbrush top it with toothpaste, and then brush your teeth. More useful remedies at http://useinfo5.blogspot.com/

Flossing is very important and mouthwashes are really helpful.
Brushing your tongue is very essential. Try tongue scrapers (not the ones on the back of tooth brush). Try to clean your tongue as far back as you can. The scrapers are designed in away that you feel more comfortable to brush with them. You'll be amazed by seeing how much debris you can collect by brushing your tongue.

Hm there was just another ? like your a lil while ago... Brush your teeth in all different directions, the fronts and the backs, for at least 3-5 minutes. Sounds like a long time..floss your teeth as well, but you can do this anytime, I prefer before brushing as flossing can bring out some junk. Also, brush your tongue and us a good mouthwash. It will sting at first, but let it work, gargle or swish for about a minute, if you can stand it. The brushing of the tongue will cause the gag reflex, but, it gets better! Good luck! Also, some people have pouches near their tonsils that tend to gather food junk as well, to as the other answerer said, dig out a hand mirror and look, or have someone help you.

Actually if you are brushing your teeth and tongue on a regular basis, then it may not be the cause. My daughter had very bad breath and I knew she was cleaning her. It turns out it was an acid reflux concern with her stomach.

If it continues, ask your doctor to refer you to a gastro doctor. Or your dentist.

She has to take baby tums

When you brush your teeth, brush your tongue really good. Also, use mouthwash and rinse for 30 seconds after you brush. When you're on the go, you can also use breathmints.
