help other people like me who are suffering with tonsil stones.
Tonsil crypts suck and there is really is no easy way to get rid of them. If it bothers you a lot you can get your tonsils out. I’ve also heard that there is a laser procedure that can smooth out your tonsils so that you don’t have the crypts anymore. You might try using a water pick on your tonsils daily. Whatever you do, don’t push and pick at them too much; This can cause tissue damage and blisters, trust me it hurts. Good luck!
Sorry to say…you’re stuck with your tonsillar crypts….unless you have tonsillectomy (which I don’t recommend).
