anybody else get tonsil stones?

The little buggers are annoying. I can feel them with my tongue, then i pop them out with my fingers. Ive had them for years, and I don’t plan on changing my diet, how does everyone else deal with them?
yeah, im pretty sure they are just a build up of bacteria and food. I never even considered the notion that they are tumors.
