My 10 month old son recently went to his doctor to have a strep test done (his 8 year old sister tested positive–we’ve all been tested and luckily are negative). During the exam, the doctor noticed a small whitish colored spot on his ulva (?tonsils?). He said not to worry about it…said it could be a few minor things, but didn’t seem at all concerned. I have anxiety about everything…especially when my kids are concerned. I’ve read about something called tonsil stones…could this be what this spot is? The poor little guy has no other symptoms, though he is getting over a cold right now.
