it feels like something is in my lower throat and its a little ichy
ive been hacking up alot of mucus
and ive stopped smoking since 4 days ago once i felt like there was something in there
and checked for a lump AND NO lump in my throat
i dont know if its alot of mucus or some food particle or something its starting to scare me cause im having anxiety attacks again
my throat doesnt hurt it just feels like something in the inside of my lower neck and its bothering me
is it throat cancer? or what

i did hack up something yesturday that was little and yellowish my throat did fell better but now i got that feeling again

Could I have oral cancer?
I’m a 20 years old female.
Cancer runs in my family, practically everyone has had it.
I used to be a heavy smoker for about a year (pack a day) and used to spend a lot of time with other heavy smokers indoors.
Heavy drinker.

Symptoms of throat cancer may include:

A sore throat that does not go away
Cough
Pain or difficulty swallowing
Weight loss for no known reason
Ear pain
A lump in the back of the mouth, throat or neck
Advanced tumors may invade the voice box, causing hoarseness or breathing difficulty
Bleeding from the throat or blood-tinged sputum

Risk factors for developing throat cancer may include:

Smoking tobacco
Heavy alcohol use
A diet low in fruits and vegetables
Drinking maté, a stimulant drink common in South America
Chewing betel quid, a stimulant commonly used in parts of Asia
Being infected with human papillomavirus (HPV)

I am sure women can get it to however, in most cases it is men, that I have heard of.

Ive been worrying a lot about cancer for the last few years, especially 2 years ago when I performed oral on a girl I later found out have cervical cancer caused by the hpv virus. Shortly after my tonsils swelled up ato the and stayed that way(possibly due to the HPV virus). I have very noticeable veins in th back of my throat, and now 2 years later I have begun having abdominal pains and chest pain and weird symptoms I have never had before. Numerous doctors assured me I didnt have cancer, but they never did any scans to prove there were no cancerous growths. It really bothers me that every doctor I go to refuses to do scans on any area that might be at risk and that I show symptoms of(probably because I am only 23) and they believe a 23 year old couldnt possibly get cancer so early in life. Ive had chest and abdominal pains for 2 months now and have been to E.R and urgent care, they dont think much of my symptoms, but never do any relavent tests according to my concerns. I tell them its my lower intestine, and they test my lungs, I just dont get why they are so reluctant to ease my mind and ensure they are in fact correct with their diagnosis(which they still havnt given me a reason why I have these pains that they cant explain)

Im worried that I had cancer all along and it has no spread to my other organs causing these symptoms. I have no money to pay for the scans myself, and like I said the doctors refuse to do it. Ive seen ENT specialists, primary doctors, er doctors, and they all give me the run around.
