My tonsils are red, swollen, has bumps on them and there are lots of white spots. My throat doesn’t really hurt anymore, it did before but it doesn’t really anymore it just feels tight and somewhat clogged.

I have genital warts, I have not yet been tested but I’m pretty sure I have HPV. I just noticed I have a wart on my tonsil, on my left side. My throat feels sore and it’s sometimes hard to swallow.

Could I have oral cancer?
I’m a 20 years old female.
Cancer runs in my family, practically everyone has had it.
I used to be a heavy smoker for about a year (pack a day) and used to spend a lot of time with other heavy smokers indoors.
Heavy drinker.
