i have a tonsil stone in my throat (yes, they’re not only in your tonsils), its further down so i cant reach it, but its driving me crazy. and its making me gag a lot because i have a gag reflex and everytime i cough or swallow i feel like i wanna throw up.
anyone know any tips to get it to pop out?
