why did this happen? when i went to the doctor he looked at my throat and just prescribed me an antibiotic to take for 5 days. he didn’t say anything else so i donut even know if its strep or not.
i had the white blisters in my throat so i just assumed he saw them and didn’t bother doing a test. The strep throat went away but now its back and it hurts just the same. i have to wait until monday to do to the doctor. i just want to know whats going on and if this is more serious. do i need to get my tonsils out because i have an extreme fear of being operated on

I live in England and I bought a puppy pug from a breeder for £850. From when we bought the puppy the breeder said it had a cold which should just go away its self. The next day after we bought her we took her to our vets and was told that she was underweight, she had narrow nostrels and that she was very snuffly.
She seemed to be getting more and more ill and we then discovered that she had 2 ulsers in her left eye. We were told she had to come back for more treatment. Before our next appointment her cold had gotten even worse but she also started to have a fit. We took her straight to the vet and was told she had problems with her airways and that they were too small (this related to her narrow nostrels). A few days later she was back in the vets because she couldnt breath properly.
A day later she had to be put down because of severe respiratory distress caused by brachycephalic airway disease.
The breeder says we should of activated a six weeks free insurance offer she gave us on a peace of paper. But we decided to get insurance through pet plan but they would not insure her for her norrow nostrels. This mens we could not claim any money.
So should the breeder give us our money back because she was ill from when we bought her?
Could someone please advice us on what to do.
