Plot: So it’s pretty much your stereotypical love story, gorgeous princess meets brave prince and love at first sight ladida….. but then I try to… darken it? Twist it? idk what to call it. So the princess is secretly pregnant with this fairy king… and the thing about baby fairies, there are never any signs of pregnancy. Good because you dont have to get all fat… bad because they’re fairly unpredictable and you have no way to tell when the baby will come. Also, fairies are a little violent… not like evil but they have claws and such, and infants don’t know any better, so they tear out of the stomach of their mother, most of the time leaving her dead, and if not, she is usually insane. There are only a handful of known survivors who kept their mentality. Obviously, this is a problem for our gorgeous young princess and her prince.

The prince, on the other hand, is the son of a demon and a human, meaning that he lives as a human until he turns 17, when he becomes a demon and has to.. you know… do demoney stuff like kill people and such. Also, his dad kinda hates the Princess’s family, just for like old revenge stuff, so he wants his “powerful” young son to go and take care of that for him once he becomes demonized.

I know I wrote this in kind of a sarcastic way, but the actual story will be written in a serious tone, not satirical of fairytales or anything… just a normal novel :]

So what should I name it? No idea!

Prologue (read it if you want a better idea of my writing):
“Do you see him, my darling? Do you see him, with his long, confident strides, my sword at his side, walking through the forest with his unknowing mind and innocent heart?” He turned, his red eyes flashing towards the beautiful, dark haired woman, bound to a pole with braided and dried strands of goat flesh, unmoving in his dark and glorious cave. He took a step towards her, his long white hair sweeping past his shoulders. He looked back at the huge obsidian stone, the young man walking through the woodlands reflected in it.
“Do you?” He purred. The woman closed her violet eyes tightly in fear, and seemed to shrink against the pole.
“Speak!” He commanded, suddenly swinging his hand down, centimeters from her face, slashing the rag that bound her speechless. She took in a gasp of air, and shuddered.
“Yes… I see him.” She said, her voice cracking. He let out a sharp sigh. She had used to be so much livelier. Her voice, one the tinkling of bells, was now the scraping of dead leaves rustling in the wind. He took a step closer, and put his pale hand out under her face, carefully lifting her narrow chin.
“And you are not proud?” he asked softly, letting his warm breath puff about her face. She closed her eyes again. In pain? It could not be. He had taken utmost care in touching her, making sure not to hurt her. What else could hurt her?
“I am.” She said, speaking slowly. “Of what he is now, but not of what he is to be.” She said, letting a spark of her old, restless, wild spirit shine through. But it dimmed as quickly as it had appeared, and she faded back into her weary self. He released her chin, and it fell against her neck. Turning around so his back was to her with another sigh, he spoke.
“Do you not remember how you used to love me?” He asked, hands behind his back. He heard her quiet intake of breath, felt the way her pulse quickened.
“I do.” She whispered, her voice saturated with sadness.
“Why have you stopped?” I never stopped loving you…
“Because… because I had to.” Came her reply. Suddenly, he whirled around, red eyes glaring into her purple ones.
“Why?” he hissed, taking a step closer. “I care for you every day! I feed you, talk to you, give you whatever you want! You are ungrateful!” he said, slamming his fist down on a boulder. It shattered. Taking a step towards her, he let out a long growl, revealing his pointed teeth and long, sharpened fangs. A tear trickled down her pale cheek.
“You ruined him. You ruined our son.” She said, then, stubbornly continued. “He could have been great. A hero. A prince. But you… you had to make it your way. You had to make sure when he turned seventeen-”
“Silence!” The demon exclaimed, his hair catching aflame. “You will say no more!” He raised up a clawed hand to slap her, but stopped in mid air. With a sigh, he lowered his arm.
“I love you too much to hurt you. You are my pride, my glory. Please, I beg of you, Firenze, love me again.” She closed her violet eyes as he spoke, and let out a shudder.
“I wish I could.”

(Also, there’ll be some mistakes, i JUSTJUSTJUST wrote it! And I’m only 13 so I’m not completely educated in grammar and all that :] but yeah, I’ll edit it when I finish the whole story.)

THANKS! Any ideas are appreciated
I think my friend watches Charmed! She liked it but I never saw it…
Haha, I’m taking a little break from the Kayla book, since I’ve been writing slower and slower… but I’ll definately continue it! Yes, I’m going to try and write two at a time, working on one until my work slows, then switching to the other one (hopefully I’ll be full of ideas!) so yeah :D
