I did notice last night and this morning that my tongue seemed larger than normal.
Everything I have looked up talks about pain, and I have absolutely NONE.
I saw some things about tonsil cancer, but out of all the symptoms I only have 1, which is asymmetrical tonsils.
I was poking around at it and it is way harder than my other tonsil, and seems to have a large oblong lump on it.
Anyone have any ideas?
Now it appears to have white spots on it full of …stuff (eww) Still no pain!

I went to the doctor several times for huge crypts in my tonsils because food gets stuck in there and it always feels like I have something caught in the back of my throat. They look at my tonsils and say everything is fine. Today I have the normal symtpoms which are everything I listed above but also feeling veryyy tired. They never said anything about tonsillitis so what can this be?
