Two weeks ago I started running high fevor and my tonsils were swollen and had puss pockets on them. I went to the doctor and she said I was in the first stage of strep. She gave me a10 day antobotic and I took them on the regular except the last 2 days but I did still take them all. Now today my throat starting hurting a little and my tonsils are swallon with white puss pockets again but not as bad as it was. Could it still be strep or something else? And what would you do. Go back to the doctor or is there an over the counter product I should try?

I noticed Monday, after running around forever, i felt a lil run down, like i was getting sick. I looked at my thraot (bc my throat is chronic to getting sick) and noticed a pus pocket. Not veryy small, but not large either. buttt my throat isnt sore and my glands dont feel swollen. I take Vit C and have been almost everyday for the past month. Could that be why?? I really should see a doc but due to work I can never get in there, but then again I really dont feel sick. Should I wait it out a few more days?? Thanks!
