my 14 year old daughter has 2white spots on her top gumline and 2 more behind her front teeth she is also running a mild fever. she has swollen tonsils with white spots also I am not sure if the symtoms are related the tonsils started about 3 days ago and the white blister spots about 2 days ago

My throat has been hurting for about 2 weeks. The first week I figured I was getting sick and waited for the cold, which finally hit about 8 days after my throat started hurting. Now the cold is on its way out, but I’ve been looking at my throat more closely since it never stopped hurting. Now there appears to be a HOLE in my left tonsil. I’m not sure how long it’s been there. There are no white spots, though I do have a history of bad Strep. The tissue even looks healthy, it just looks like something sliced my tonsil open and now the surrounding area is swollen. It doesn’t look infected in any way, but it hurts like hell. What could have caused this? I’m panicking and paranoid about everything from swallowing glass somehow without noticing to cancer. I’m a woman in my late 20′s. I plan to go to the doctor as soon as possible, but that may be a couple more days, plus I don’t have insurance. Can anyone enlighten me?
Btw, I never saw tonsil stones and I’ve never had anything like that before. Thank you for any help you can offer!
