It went away for a day but now its back, but it shows no symptons of tonsil stones but its just alittle small piece and it makes the back of my mouth taste bad every so often. What is it??

Ok so, this morning my throat felt sore, so I looked in the mirror and saw a white patch, pimple- like on the left side of my throat.
Later I looked again cause it felt weird and it came out, like a 1/4 inch thing, white-ish and smelled really bad.
so i found it on the internet that it’s a tonsil stone

it looked exactly like that
but the problem is, my tonsils were removed 10 years ago.
how is that possible????
I don’t think its strep throat, I’ll wait for a couple of days, if it gets worse, I’ll see a doctor, if not, I guess my tonsils are back
