think i got Tonsillitis from kissing a guy for 3 hr who looked healthy but not sure. should i ask him about it?
i met a really cool guy down in college and we ended up kissing for 3 hours(yea long time i know world record for me) the next to days i started getting sick and my throat started hurting, fever, ears started hurting, and i couldn’t swallow food and liquid. I went to the nurse and she did a strep test and gave me medicine for it. Later i saw white shuff (soo damn gross) on both sides of my tonsils everywhere man it was gross. ive never had this in my life and all my friends think i got it from him.. do u think i got it from him and should i ask him about it and how should come at him.. i kinda like him

yes you may have contracted strep from lover boi.
You could get strep from lover boi but not tonsillitis. Maybe it’s mono.
u may have gotten it from him, and u may not have b/c tonsillitis is a viral infection, and u could have pick it up anywhere and it just may be time for u to get ur tonsils removed… b/c sometimes they r not any good anymore and they will just continue to get infected even w/ meds..its possible u may have had it for a while and the 3hrs of kissing messed up ur ph-balanace in ur mouth and bammm sore throat
If your nurse thinks it’s strep, then you probably did get it from him.
But, what you’re describing sounds like thrush to me… Right down to the white stuff. You could have gotten Oral Thrush from the friction of kissing, a reaction to the amount of saliva, you could be prone to it, or he could have given it to you.
I’d suggest seeing a doctor and getting a swab test just to be sure your medication is right. The medication for strep and thrush are totally different.
Thrush has a treatment you can buy at the chemist called Nilstat. It’s sweet cherry liquid. Try that, and if it doesn’t work you know it’s strep.
I don’t think you should ask him about it. If he had what you’ve got, he wouldn’t want to be kissing anyone. He’d feel pretty awful.
If it helps, i don’t think you got it from him while he realised he had anything wrong.
If you do want to ask him about it, ask him how he’s feeling now. Not how he was feeling when he kissed you. Tell him you’re sick, and that you don’t want to give it to him. (that way if he didn’t give it to you, you won’t scare him off.) If he’s got the same, you know where it came from. If not, you probably got it just because your immune system is low.

yes, You also might have gotten it from someone else too. but be kind to him and ask him if he was feeling unwell.
