tonsil cancer, or toncil stone?

i dunno i think im just over acting, but my throat been hurtin me, maybe cus i been in the south for a week in dry wheather but, my throat was hurting so i looked in the mirror, and i noticed my tonsil has a tiny white spec, i looked up oral cancer and it didnt look like it, and tonsil stones but same thing, i was wondering if anyone knew if i should get it checked or is it natural

it is a simple throat infection you take antibiotic and hot water gurgle it will be fine in few days.
don’t worry.
You have a sore throat and cancer is the conclusion you jump to?! Unless you’re a middle aged heavy smoker it’s highly unlikely to be cancer or anything serious.
More likely an infection; buy some throat sweets or medicated lozenges like Strepsils, if it doesn’t clear up see your doctor about a prescription.
