Trick to gettin a tonsil stone out of your mouth using a Q- -tip?

please, ik many people use q tips i gotton one out wit it, but i dont remmeber how, i push it, i try makin it peel off somehow, its been on for 4 days help its gettin annoyin

eww i hate those, well i do use a q-tip and i push it out from the corner or from where ever it seems to stick out a bit more, and once you see that it falls down, do not swallow, its supposedly mucus and bleh =| just cough it out. when i dont have a q-tip i cough until it falls out, it works for me ;]
